This second session will focus on how to write a narrative for the application. The narrative portion of the application is an important component of the application, and causes companies to stumble in creating a strong application. This session will feature an MMTC specialist who has successfully assisted companies in writing a winning application.

In August 2018, the Department of Defense raised the Micro Purchase threshold for services to $10,000. A Micro Purchase is a purchase for goods with minimal competitive procedures, including small business set asides. Micro Purchases can be awarded without soliciting competitive price quotations if the price is reasonable. Macomb Regional PTAC is excited to offer this event focused on Micro Purchase Buying at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. At this event, you will learn more about Micro Purchase buys and have an opportunity to market your business to the Micro Buyers at Selfridge by participating in 15-minute speed dating sessions. No fee to attend, but registration required for access to the base.
