
Road: I-94 and I-69 provide fast service to Detroit, Flint and beyond to Chicago. Both originate at the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron of St. Clair County, where they join Canadian Highway 402 routing east to Toronto or upper New York State. Numerous freight hauling companies serve the area including internationally licensed operators.

Rail: Two class I railroad freight railroad operate in Port Huron (St. Clair County).
CN North America serves basic east-west routing and links with Canadian carriers via the "double stack" International Tunnel completed in 1996.
